The Yellowwwood Dream was recorded in September 2013 at an old woodshop next to a cabin in Indiana's Yellowwood State Forest. Inspired by a surreal dream Michael had his first night at the cabin. Drums and Guitars were improvised and recorded live during a period of several lost hours that felt like 15 minutes.

Long Nights Moon is an ongoing collaboration between musicians, childhood friends, and Bicycle Day Records co-founders Christopher Wiersema and Smags.

Guest appearances by John Thompson on "Logging the Back Country" and "Creek Bed Stumble" and Taylor McNeely on "Coming Back as Fish".
